What is your service area?

Our bounce houses and other play items are available to rent in the following cities:

Does the bounce house rental price include set up and delivery?

Yes! There are no hidden fees. The listed price includes all delivery and set up fees.

Do you deliver to cities that are not listed in your service area?

We might be able to accommodate a delivery outside our normal service area depending on our schedule for that day. Since the delivery is outside our normal delivery area we will charge an additional fee to cover additional costs.

On what surfaces can I set up my bounce house rental?

The best surface to set up all of our play products is grass. However, we can also set up indoors, on sand and dirt. Concrete and asphalt is available for our bounce houses only. Bark and rock can damage and puncture our products, so we cannot set up on those surfaces.

How does the set up process work?

Your rental is a 24 hr rental. We begin our set up process in the morning and our take down process either in the afternoon or the next morning depending on the location of the party. The exact time will be coordinated with you based on your schedule and our rentals for the day.

Do we need to clean the bounce house before pickup?

No! We do all the work. We will make sure that the jumper arrives to you in great condition, and we will complete a cleaning during our take down process. However, if the jumper is damaged with paint, permanent markers, punctured, etc. you will forfeit your deposit.
