A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of rental. This enables us to provide you with high quality products, a high level of service, and will guarantee that your rented products will be available for your event. 

Once you book your rental we’ll send you safety information, waiver information, and a link to complete the remaining 50% of your payment. Signing of the waiver and the remainder of the payment must be completed 48 hours prior to your rental date. Failure to complete this 24 hours prior to your rental date will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

If you would like to reschedule your rental, you may use your deposit towards a future rental (within 6 months of the deposit) as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your rental date. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your rental date, you will forfeit your deposit.

Because our equipment can be used indoors and outdoors, we do not cancel your rental in the event of rain or other weather-related events. If you would like to reschedule based on predicted weather in your area on your rental date, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your rental date.

If your area experiences rain, thunderstorms or high winds, please follow the safety rules that were emailed to you when you reserved your rental and do not use the equipment in the rain. Failure to follow these safety rules may result in damage to the equipment or personal hazards, for which you will be responsible.
